COVID-19 PANDEMIC RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

The tournament will follow the CDC guidelines and COVID-19 rules and regulations in effect at the time of the tournament. See https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-mask-requirements for up to date information as this can change frequently. Note as of April 18, 2022 all eligible individuals are encouraged to be vaccinated and fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear a mask indoors.

SINGLE DOG RACING / MAT TIME

We will be offering Single Dog Racing on Friday evening and Matt time on Saturday and Sunday during breaks. Fees will be $5 per day for 1 minute warm-up plus 5 timed heats or a 6 min time slot to use as you wish. Sign-Up information will be posted on Facebook a couple weeks before the tournament and will be on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.

Please make checks payable to Cindy Henderson or you can send via PayPal to cindyhenderson23@verizon.net. Be sure to use the friends and family option for sending payment via PayPal. Since this is a limited tournament you may send your entry fees and seed times after the closing date.

CAMPING

Limited space is available for on-site dry camping in the parking lot free of charge. If you want to camp please contact Lorraine Messier.

RAFFLE

There will be one raffle each day, with lots of great items for pups and humans alike!

FOOD

Hospitality Table
Patriot Flyball will be hosting a hospitality table with breakfast items and tasty treats throughout the day on both Saturday and Sunday.

Potluck Lunch on Saturday
We have such good cooks in the region a Potluck lunch is the way to go. Patriot Flyball will provide plates, napkins, cutlery, and a selection of drinks for everyone. We will also have a few crock pots filled with some of our favorites and ask that everyone bring along your favorite dish to share.
