This workstand actually started life as one of these. Hard to believe, I know, but I found the original a little less stable than I liked so I reworked it to be lower and have a larger footprint. I sized it primarily for my EZ-1 but it also somewhat works with the Strada. If I really wanted to use it for the Strada I would probably have to widen it and make some way to lift up the front wheel. With the EZ-1, the front wheel can be lifted by inserting a wooden dowel to hold the frame up. Since I consider it a work in progress I never glued the PVC together, so in theory I can take it apart and make it into something else whenever I feel like it. It's a little bit of a pain to get the bikes on and off, but it has the advantage that it's very stable. If I glued the pieces together it would probably be even more stable.
